Write to: Putnam County Clerks Office PO Box 546 Greencastle, IN 46135 enclose $2.00 for a certified copy of marriage certificate and a SASE. You will need to request the application as well I forget what that cost. But remember to supply them with all the data you can. My grandfather's surname was misspelled. I would advise asking for the cost too. Several places on line say that the cost for a death record from them is $4. When I sent for one, they told me $8. Apparently they have raised prices recently.
