I know ELIJAH MORELAND born in Tennessee married Mrs. MARY A. BUFFINGTON about 1844-1845 unknown location. I found them individually listed on the 1840 census in Warren Twp, then in 1850 they are already married with a four year old son, and a 3 year old daughter. I cannot find an Indiana marriage for them... Is there any other logical place to search? Does anyone have a MORLAN/MORELAND or a BUFFINGTON name? Thanks. trudy@maui.net
