Please provide me the address for the office I should write to request Washington Township, Putnam County marraige records ( for marraiges between 1847 and 1851) and to obtain Washington Township, Putnam County birth records (for children born between 1849 and 1865). Also, it would be helpful to know the costs associated with retrieving and photocopying Putnam County records. Your attention to this matter of genealogical interest is greatly appreciated.
