All the boys were born in Putnam Co. Some of the family moved to Marion Co., IA. Need info on marriage date of James & Mary and birth info on any other siblings. Susan Bottom Enterprise, AL I have a Joseph McCorkle (no information except) a copy of a marriage certificate to a Mary Lee born May 1 1838 in Putnam Co., IN. Married March 21, 1861 in Wayne Co., Iowa, she died March 24, 1887 and is buried in Allerton Cemetery, Warren twp. Wayne County , Iowa. Mary was only 48y 10mo 24days when she died so I am assuming Joseph remarried. Haven't had much luck tracing this branch. Mary would have been my great grandfathers niece.
