I am descended from William Burke RAMSAY, b. 1795 at Mason County, KY, and d. 1876 in Putnam County, IN. William married Elizabeth McANULTY in 1820 in KY and they moved to Portland Mills, IN, ca. 1826. I have looked at the LDS IGI in depth and have that info.
