Folks, I'm sorry to have to do this but yesterday I received two messages from a lady named Phyllis Boyd Gauss. She was requesting that her surnames be entered into the researchers lists. I did this but the reason I am writing is that her email came in with the kak worm attached. My software caught it. It could not eliminate it but it did quarantine it so that my computer was NOT infected. I sent her a message thinking that she was not aware of the worm as it does not affect the host computer only sends itself out attached to every email message sent from that computer. I received a return message telling me that she had been told previously that she was sending out the worm but that she had two virus detecters and they both told her there was no virus in her machine. She indicated that she wasn't having any problems except that everyone kept telling her that she was sending out the worm along with her emails. This morning I found a return email from her in my inbox. My computer caught it again and when the message was opened there was absolutely NOTHING in her message. I'm not sure why she sent another email to me but I felt that in all good conscience I could not let one of you unsuspectingly enter into a series of emails with an infected computer. Please be very careful. Thank you, Sharon
