I have just updated my Richard Wright of Rowan County, NC web page to rev 11 containing 19,552 people including 18,638 direct descendants. Names include Allen, Colglazier, Cooley, Gilstrap, Goss, Hazel, Hill, Hinds, Johnson, Marshall, Martin, Monical, Morgan, Moss, Mullenix, Parrish, Purlee, Ratts, Wright and Zink. Most of these families emigrated to Indiana, then to Illinois, , Iowa, Kansas and Missouri. The major update is the use of the SSDI and Pierce and Salem, Washington county, Indiana cemetery books to list death dates, burial sites and residences. Much of the information that was listed as 'private' is now available since death dates are included. further, close relatives have been included.
