Cataract Cemetery is located near Cataract Falls State Park, Owen County, Indiana. It is a pioneer cemetery, located high on a hill in a wooded area. It is, in fact in the front yard of a summer cabin. Almost completely lost all markers. What remains was saved in 1986. Near the drive, there is a small metal marker which reads; T. C. JENNINGS bought 1000 acres in 1841 and built a mill at the upper falls in 1845. ANCESTORS OF G. C. GLIDEWELL. I am assuming at one time there may have been Glidewells buried there also. 2. Hi Janet, I think it was very nice of you to go to all this trouble to go to these cemetery and write down all the information and then share it with everyone. Even though none of the families listed were mine, I just wanted to say thank you for your kindness. Eileen
