Bill, T15N R3W is Floyd Township. According to the 1879 atlas (quite a bit after the time you're asking for, granted) the land you described is all owned by H. Sutherlin - Section 10, Eh of SWqr and the SWqr of SEqr. It's surrounded by land owned by D. Ader, S. Evans, A. Wilson, J.R. Lydick, Anna C. Lewis, J.W. Williams, and M.P. & H. Sutherlin.
