I have been searching for an IN death for months. When writing to the county they acknowledge the death, but say the book needed for copy of the records was lost or missing? Strange. Anyway, in reviewing the IN state web site, I understand death records are not available. My ancestor lived in Pulaski Co. for 30 years but died at his daughters in Logansport in Cass Co. Does anyone know if state death records are obtainable, and how? I have a date and place.
