    3. Where should I be looking for Ulysses? After a thorough search of the Pulaski Co Cemetery Inscriptions volumes, I've not found one of our BROWNs from Pulaski co. Maybe someone can advise whether I'm looking in the right place. The funeral card states: SERVICES FROM West Union Church CLERGYMAN Rev. Howard Western FINAL RESTING PLACE Indian Creek Presbyterian FUNERAL CONDUCTED BY Harrison Funeral Homes Ulysses G. Brown died May 31, 1948. I assumed the Harrison Funeral Home was the one in Kewanna. AND, since Ulysses lived in Van Buren Twp, I figured he was buried in Pulaski Co, but neither he nor his wife are listed in any of the cemetery books. Where should I be looking for Ulysses? 2. Cindy, Perhaps you should look in Cass County, Indiana. When I saw Harrison Funeral Home, I first thought of Royal Center, Cass County, Indiana, I always remembered the funeral home when we made trips to Logansport, so I did a search to see if it was still in operation. Below is a Death notice from the Indianapolis Star. Looks like it is called Harrison-Metzger Funeral Home, it is located on US Highway 35, I would say it is about 8 miles south of Star City, Van Buren Township, Pulaski County. Royal Center is in Boone Township, Cass County. Here is the address and phone number I have for the Harrison-Metzger Funeral Home: Harrison-Metzger Funeral Homes. 304 S. Chicago St. Royal Center, IN 46978 574-643-2265. "Indiana Deaths. October 02, 2002. ... Logansport -- Thomas Herd Haselby, 88, husband of Mary Jean Winn Haselby (Harrison-Metzger Funeral Home, Royal Center). ." There is an Indian Creek Church and Indian Creek Cemetery located in Cass County not far from Royal Center, I would say about 3 miles (East and North), it is located approximately about a mile or so where Fulton, Pulaski and Cass Counties come together. Almost 9 miles directly south of Kewanna, Fulton County, Indiana. I am thinking that this Church and Cemetery are located in Harrison Township, Cass County, Indiana. Harrison Township, Cass County Indiana communities include: Leases Corner and Lucerne. Boone Township communities include: Royal Center. Royal Center Public Library 203 North Chicago Street - Royal Center, IN 46978 Phone: (574) 643-3185.
