Dan, I didn't see anyone answer your request. I have had this email sitting in a file now for awhile and when I have time I usually try to research and see if I can come up with anything especially from my home county of Pulaski. I did a search of the 1880 Census and did not find the WOLARY in Pulaski County, but when I did a search of the State I found this. Although it is spelled differently it might be a mistake on the part of the person recording the census, I have seen this many times, in fact the same census for my Great Great Grandfather in Indianapolis his surname was spelled DAGNER, when it should have been DEGNER.
