James Marshel was born in Kentucky in 1856 and Harret was born in Indiana in 1861. Although I do not have the names of James or Harret's parents I do know that James' parents were born in Kentucky and Harret's parents were born in Virginia.

Up to this point, I only knew he had a sister. The problem is there seems to have been many charles timmons's in indiana in the 1800's. If you have any further info on the other brothers or especially May (her married name) it may pin this down. My charles lived with his sister in indiana when he died in about 1955. Unbelievably, we the grandkids, never knew anything about his family. No pictures or letters of anykind. That picture of the horse and ezekiel ? looks somewhat like charlie but we can't be sure about this whole family line without something more. You have been extremely helpful and I thank you for the information. Jack Timmons
