It was worth a shot, though. My Joseph was born in 1820 in Honesdale, Wayne County, PA. They were, most likely, cousins, though, as all the Webbs seemed to name their children with the same names over and over again (i.e., Joseph, John, Jonathan, Richard, etc.)!!!
