I am also looking for "Stevens-Haynes" I was also told that your line,was the first..... Haynes- stephens line.....Then some of the fam moved to "Canada" That's my Haynes- Stevens line... Believe it or not,but this is an intermarriage family.... Your's was a male stephens m a female haynes...... Mine is a male haynes m to a female stevens...... Cousin's married Cousin's....It was very common back then......Also how many haynes-stevens fam's are out there.....The family changed the spelling of the last names. I guess to protect the families, but it also makes are job harder trying to track them down..... My line is "Hector Haynes Sr"died Aug 1977 or 1978 Married to "Nora Stevens"died march 1989.....
