Now here the court an inspection of the bond of the said Johnson & Hunter in the sum of $1500.00 with Joseph ______ their security file in vacation approve of the same and of the Johnson and Hunter by the clerk in vacation on the estate of the said Williams." Page 103 Probate Court Posey County, Indiana; February Term 8th, 1837 State of Indiana Posey County "______________ clerk of the Posey probate court do _____the____to be the last will and testament of John Williams late of said county deceased and that John Johnson and Henry Hunter the executors therein ____duly proved the same according to law and are duly authorized to take upon themselves the administration of the estate of the said testator according to said will."
