This genealogy was compiled by a Robert Whitlatch of Mattoon, IL, for Clydus Lloyd Moore, sometime prior to 28 Feb 1985, the date of his death. Now, THIS report says Elihu was born in Pennsylvania. I have seen reports that he was born in Georgia. A migration ca 1820 from Georgia to Posey County, IN doesn't make much sense to me but I guess it COULD have happened. Is their a possibility that the census taker's handwritten PA could've been mistaken as GA ? I know it's a stretch but if you play with it with pencil and paper you might see it.
