Many of these are from burials in Conlin cemetery in Point Township, which is in the southwestern tip of Indiana. In Bellefontaine Cemetery on the north side of Mt. Vernon are more: Belle, Carl, Catherine, Charles, Della, Ellis, Ethel, irene, JS, Jessie, Mary a., Mary E., Paul, Thomas, Viola, Walter & William. The 1870 Census includes the family of Thomas & Mary Ann with 8 children, all b. in IN. they are in Point Township. Two families away are Samuel & Maria & their 2 children, all b. in IN except Maria, b. in IL.
