I am trying to find his parents. Supposedly Silas' mother was with them on their journey. Silas married Mary Jane Williams from Indiana in 1876. Silas was born in 1852 in Ohio, first child was born in Illinois, next 5 born in Indiana, and the last 2 in TN. He must have moved around a lot.....I'm sure you all understand "this man is driving me nuts".....Would greatly appreciate any help you may be able to offer. Thank you, Betsy
