Gary Kapperman: On your last posting, I noticed the surname SCHRIEBER. I tried sending this directly to you but the email wouldn't go through. Have been searching for information on Rachael SCHRIEBER b. 21 Oct 1838 and sister Louisa SCHRIEBER b. 28 August 1837. They immigrated in the mid-1840's and married brothers, Augustus and George MUGGE. Rachael and Augustus were married 25 Mar 1857 in Posey Co. George & Louisa's first child was born in Posey Co. Nov. 1856 but I haven't found a record of their marriage. I haven't been able to locate any of them prior to the 1860 Posey Co. census. Both the SCHRIEBERS and the MUGGES had additional siblings, according to oral family history, but I've yet to be able to establish 'proof' of the relationship between the two lines. I descend from the Augustus/Rachael line. Hope we tie in somehow. Kay in Colorado
