Does anyone have any idea of how I can find information on a marriage between a John (?) DAVIS and (?) MacCORMACK or MacCORMICK, in late 1700s or early 1800s, possibly in Pennsylvania, New York, or New England? I know this is sketchy - it's also MY brick wall. They were parents of Marguerite (?) DAVIS who married my gggrandfather, Milton Brookins. He was born in Pennsylvania and moved as,as boy, with his father, Dr. Cyrus Brookins, to Ohio, first to Richwood and then to Millfield/Athens.
