Supposedly my Eaton family came from Harrison County, Kentucky (Cynthiana) and arrived in Posey County about 1817. Does anyone know of the Eaton family or have seen anything about them in conjunction with the Cynthiana movement? Also part of the family was in Poseyville. Is that far from Gibson County?
