This is my Thomas line. I have that they were married July 17, 1831 and had two children that I know of, George Washington Thomas b. 1833 and Malinda born 1835 d. 1838. I do not have documentation of this as another Lady in the Thomas Line has it. I did not know that Drusilla and John were apart. Did they Divorce? He did not die until 1870? Eugene, an older brother of my grandfather Adam, was born 14 Feb 1848 in Artolsheim, Bas-Rhin, France, (birth record), as were his parents. At the time of the 1910 census that area was Germany and returned to France after WWI. Eugene's first wife was Barbara Margaret Blankenburger who died 17 Oct 1881. Eugene married Theresa Schone 7 Feb 1882. I have found no children for Eugene and Theresa and believe the ten children listed in the census were from Theresa's previous marriages. I suspect this because Theresa was almost 45 when she married Eugene. According to the St. Wendel Church records Theresa was born, 2 Sep 1838 in France.

I can't imagine an Aldridge/Alldredge (b. 1825 in Posey County) stating that her father was born in Ohio. The Aldridges/Alldredges came from North Carolina.
