Hello Sue: Thanks for your encouraging reply. I have already talked with two township Trustees and got two different stories. Also talked with one of the cemeteries where I see a need and they have a $300.00 per year budget so can't do too much. I also have talked to an attorney. I need to talk to the County Commissioners or at least one and get their slant. This is like opening a can of worms. Every turn brings more theories and complexities. I really think there should be a organization to oversee and govern the smaller cemeteries. The larger ones don't need it. I really thought I was embarking on something simple. Wasn't I green?
