    3. Joan, John Walters is the best there is on the INPCRP list for holding workshops and teaching methods for cemetery restoration and marker restoration. Stay on the list and follow the messages. You learn so much about this special group of dedicated people. Learn their names, make special acquaintenances, and you'll be half way home. They'll help you in every way they can. Good luck!
