On the issue of law enforcement, the DNR has an actual law enforcement division which consists of the C. O.'s. I know you can't get them to do much, although the surface mining division is finally coming around since they have stiffened the laws a little. Tim Wright should be commended. But that bunch at the DHPA is a joke. I know of several complaints that have gone unanswered. We are still waiting to hear back from "Dr." Jones, five years later. As far as probing goes, I don't see anything wrong with it, but our attorney says it violates the law. In fact the DHPA says on their website not to do it, but like you say who's going to prosecute you. Hey, have you got meth labs down there, too? That has our court system all tied up. I meant to send you that tape of Johnson's Island, but got sidetracked. Hello: I am trying to collect information for Tipton County, Indiana where we want to set fallen stones, etc. Are you talking about Madison County, Indiana or somewhere else? I did not know anything about a meeting right next door to us. Please reply, we are open to all suggestions as we intend to start this spring and look over cemeteries to see what needs to be done.
