Well this needs to be changed. Cemeteries, by their very nature, need to be protected, and that is a responsibility of the public domain.....government. I suggested you change your laws to coincide with the rest of the country. If we respect life, we must respect death as well. How would YOU like your grave to be trompled over by pigs?? Mary Ann
