Theresa, It's tentatively scheduled for Monday Sept. 13 at 6 or 7 pm. I'm waiting to hear back from Walt about his schedule for that day. She said that it could be done at any of the city council meetings, which I believe are every Monday evening. I'll let you know when it's confirmed.
