We have a handful of friendly legislators who can have it drafted by the Legislative Services Agency in no time. It's the remaining three months of trying to push it through the session that takes it's toll.... It now all depends on what happens in this November's election. With next year being a budget drafting year, that will take priority over everything, and depending on who is governor and who controls the house, that will decide how smoothly the whole system works for the next two years.
