An Exception like you describe, to me indicates this is an Exception, or removal of property from a previous deed, rather than a "Graveyard" . Such as Having a 1/4 Section (160 Acres) owned originally and selling off a small portion. This could be the Exception that is referred to.. YOU MUST FIND EXACTLY WHAT THE EXCEPTION APPLIES TO.
