If UNIGOV becomes a reality in Marion County, I guarantee that the axe will begin to fall on ALL Indiana Township Trustees - we must NOT let this happen........... Granted all Township Trustees are not good, but which becomes the lesser of the evils? For the most part, Township Trustees are an essential part of our local government, and if we let our local government go by the way side, does anyone really think that the state can do better? I say more needs to be done to support our local government, and educate them on their duties.
