Hi Theresa, I know this is a very late reply....... As for the legislation process, I talked with Rep. Tom Saunders very briefly a few months ago at the fundraiser for the Lewisville Cemetery and he said we might have a chance with possible legislation changes this next session. I will try to call him in the next couple of weeks to see what we need to be doing to be ready for the session.
