This could be a springboard for your lobbying campaign for the next legislative session. Perhaps Mrs. O'Bannon could be persuaded to serve as an honorary spokesperson for INPCRP volunteers. You might also wish to consider getting permission to video tape this episode, make copies and send them to all the legislators....
