Good grief, you guys, this really sounds like you have bigger problems than cemeteries! The inmate crews that work the California Dept. of Forestry, take food and prepare it for themselves right at the work site. They have a portable stove/BBQ where they make coffee, and heat other foods. One or two of the guys on the crew are in charge of food prep. It's not fancy, but it gets the job done.
