Hi! I just jumped in and saw the Arney name being tossed around. It's not much, but I have an Arney connection as well. Mine is Elizabeth Arney, married to Thomas Winters around 1830. Their son Sylvester married my ancestor Patia Phipps. I also have an old tin-type photo of my great gradmother, Minetta Belle Phipps with a woman named Della BOWEN. Anyone know who this BOWEN woman is? My idea was that is was Minetta Belle's half sister Dellie Leak, but she died at about 21, and I have no evidence that she married anyone.
