I'm searching for information about the family of John B. and Minnie M. (Beaman) Jones. John and Minnie were married in Owen County 23 Dec 1875. Minnie, born about 1858-59, was the daughter of Alvin and Winnie (Langdon) Beaman. 1880 census shows them in Jennings Township with two children, Oscar and Jesse M. 1900 census lists Minnie and probably her last child, Hallie V., age 5, in Greencastle. Minnie reported being married, and of 9 children born to her, 6 were living. But John was not with them. By 1920 Minnie reported being a widow, and was living with Hallie and her second husband in Greencastle. A John B. Jones, age 63, died in Cloverdale in 1915. Was this Minnie's husband?
