Carolyn, Thanks for writing. I'm so sorry to disappoint you, but my Doris Williams Longsdorf married John Gorgas Longsdorf from Reading, Pennsylvania (born 1897). He was quite a wanderer having served in the merchant marines on a steam ship near Alaska and Russia about the time Doris was born. He also 'canoed' down the Mississippi to New Orleans with a buddy when he was about sixteen. He was about fifteen years older than Doris and married her in 1937 after a first failed marriage. He had two daughters from his first marriage and one son, John Arthur Longsdorf, with Doris. If any of this is helpful, I will put you in contact with someone who might know more. Pam
