After reading the article in the OCHGS quarterly about the NEED families I am curious as to the Thomas J.SCOTT mentioned who married Malinda NEED 5 Apr 1855 Owen Co.IN....It stated that he was her first husband. Does anyone know what family this Thomas SCOTT was from? As the NEED and my SCOTT family were all from Carroll Co.OH, migrating to Owen Co.IN and I was wondering if this Thomas could be the son of my John SCOTT b. 1790 Ireland and Ellen BEAVER b. 1802 PA? He was born ca1835. Bob Matkins{author of article} had no further information on him. Anyone that can help, I would appreciate hearing from you.
