I don't connect in any way other than I went to high school with some Phipps and they were cousins to each other.. They lived on the Clay/Putnam line... About 10 years ago give or take a few -- Herman Phipps died -- I am not sure where the funeral was held but it seems like it was either Lawson's in Brazil or Hopkins-Rector in Greencastle and I really think that is where it was held. in Greencastle -- I am sure his death will be recorded in Putnam co but I have been sure before and been in error. untill I actually saw it. The boys went to Clay co schools but only because the mailbox was on clay co side. they really lived in Putnam co the house is on the LINE -- the kids that live there NOW go to Greencastle schools. but they may have had a reason to transfer schools. They had a rough time and they are not Phipps connected. Hope this helps. On Mon, 23 Oct 2000 00:49:24 EDT Popekid2@aol.com writes: >Hello!
