He was born Dec 3 1889 in Farmers City Illinois the son of Davis and Etta Hopkins Williams. He lived in Howard co most of his life . He married Lora E Parkhurst. on Feb 28 1912 He is survived by two daughters Winfred Jackson and Karlene Henry date of death was Nov 26, 1967.
