Thank you for your response. I am desperately trying to locate some document that states the Lewis A. Meadows is the father of Sarah meadows. A fire at the court house supposedly dstroed the birth records and her death records are no where to be found. Do you have census pages that would state the info that i am looking for? Thank you for your help . I have a Sarah Ann Meadows married to Wilson Murphy in 1860 Owen Co. - - but I think Wilson then married Ann Costin February 04, 1862 in Morgan Co, IN. - - then to complicate things, I found a WPA Clay Co, IN. marriage record for Richard Murphy b. 1870 which lists Wilson Murphy & Ann Ann Luckinbell as his parents. Maybe Ann Costin's maiden name was Luckinbell. I hope you can shed some light on Sarah Meadows and the Murphy family, Wilson's marriages have always been a mystery to me. I've sent census and WPA records of the Wilson Murphy family. Wilson Murphy and his parents were located in Owen, Morgan, and Clay counties at one time or another. Let me know if they help or you have any ideas. Thanks, Kathy Bargerhuff 1870 Morgan Ashland Twp.
