I have a note but no documentation that an Elizabeth Scott (no data recorded) married Charles Arthur, he was b. late in 1859. Married Aug. 20, 1882 in Owen County. Two children, Ada born June 3, 1882 or 1884, married a Vincel; and Jennie born Dec. 7, 1886, married a Grey. Charles was the younger son of Thomas Arthur/Arter and Julia Ann Johnson.
