Once I sent the message stating problems accessing the website, then they cleared up so everyone is taken care of. Now, when ever you receive an invitation once you click on the link to the myfamily site, and then you enter your username and password,(I cut and paste mine) then check the little box stating "save my password" or something to that effect. Then the next time you go to the myfamily login site, you will only need to click on the little arrow next to the name box and highlight your user name and you will get in.
