Where would I look for the following death certificate? Nancy E (Griffith) Beatty was hit by a car in Patricksburg (Owen), taken to the hospital in Terre Haute (Vigo), but she lived in Clay County. So do I order the death certificate from Vigo, Clay, or Owen? I think she may have been still barely alive when arriving in the hospital in Vigo County. Even if DOA, wouldn't the death been certified at the hospital in Vigo County? I just don't want to send my money to the wrong place. Thanks
