VORIS was born March 11, 1747/48 in Sussex Co NJ, and died December 20, 1848 in Martin Co IN; Revolutionary War Pensioner #547189 MAJOR SAMUEL SCOTT was born September 16, 1785 in Halifax Co. VA, and died April 23, 1855 in Franklin Twp, Owen Co., IN; fought in Thomas Moore's Co. 5th Regiment Virginia Militia in the War of 1812. HENRY SANDERS was born October 26, 1751 in Perquimans Co NC, and died February 13, 1834 in Monroe Co IN; A soldier in the Revolutionary War volunteered in Fairfield County, South Carolina in 1776.
