In our section on the website about Mystery Photos, I have just placed 12 more photos there for a total of 15 and I have 35 more to follow that I am working on. For those of you not knowing, a lady named Layne Powell had an ancestor named Rachel (Schindler) Klass/Glass (she married John Klass/Glass. They were from Owen county around Patricksburg, one of their daughters migrated to Utah and upon her death a large number of photos were found..some are identified and others are not. The KNOWN surnames include: KLASS, GLASS, NEEDY, SCHUMACHER, SCHUMAKER, NIESWINGER. Please remember these are only the KNOWN surnames there are many many more photos. If you are tracing any of these surnames or anyone in the Patricksburg area, it may be worth the look.
