A John Carter Jr., Migrated from Spencer Co Ky., by way of Nelson Co., Ky., to Owen County., In., and appears on the Montgomery Twp census of 1840. Does anyone have any information on him? (Siblings, parents etc)... He had a "deaf & Dumb" brother JOB Carter. Found next door to Nancy Nutterfield, who's daughter he married about 1830, in Ky. Any help appreciated.
