Closest I could come to Puling and Pullen is POLLAND. There was a Christian Polland in Centre Township, Monroe County, Ohio in 1820 who was not a naturalized citizen and was quite elderly. Then in the 1830's and 1840's there was a John Polland also in Centre Township, Monroe County, Ohio. There are no Scotts anywhere near these Pollands so the Pollands are probably not the same family. To add a little confusion to all this, there is no marriage record for Edward B. Landrum and Priscilla Barns in pre-1850 Indiana either. Charlotte
