    3. Good afternoon Peg, What can you tell me about this Jesse F. Weatherly ? I am descendant of James Andrew Weatherly b 1799 NC d 1852 Owen county, IN. I have reason to believe that James Andrew had an uncle, a brother, and a son - all named Jesse. Any light that you can shed on this individual will be greatly appreciated.
