Listmembers: I am passing this along for the benefit of everyone as I know many of you have, need, access Kentucky Vital Records. >From what has been able to be determined from the persons working closely with the Kentucky records, the Bill going through the Legislature is indeed true. I would advise anyone who is considering buying a CD with KY vitals on them to do so now as they will shortly be pulled from the markets. I would also advise anyone who is interested in these records to obtain any and all they can from any internet source in the very near future as apparently this Bill is affecting any of them being displayed also. You may wish to sideline some of your other research in order to concentrate on this area temporarily while you can still obtain it.
